Class 2
In my chart the ruler of the 6th house is the moon.
The moon governs inward movement, reflection, is cool, is receptive, governs intuition, emotions, is fluid, and governs routines, seasons, natural cycles, brings awareness.
One aspect that I can count on is my intuition. I can sense the energy in a room but also when I read messages via text or WhatsApp. The intuitions work best when emotions are under control and don’t scatter all over the place. Those emotions can spin a tale in the head when there is chaos or no routine in life. Before I knew Ayurveda my set routine was having a set work schedule. Now, Ayurveda enforces the steadiness of the mind and emotions by dinacharya, lifestyle and meditation practice.October 11, 2026 at 6:34 pm #283240Class 1
House 2,3,5, and 7 are empty
Ascendant is cancer and the ascendant lord is moon
More planets are on the lower half of the page 1,8,9,10,11,12
Ketu is with the ascendant.
Rahu is with Venus.October 12, 2026 at 11:03 am #283241Class 1: Taurus, Scorpio and Virgo are empty.
Capricorn has both Saturn and Jupiter.
Moon and mars are both in Gemini.
Planets are evenly divided top and bottom.October 12, 2026 at 11:10 am #283242Class 2: In my 6th house the ruler is Saturn, Jupiter is also present. Knees, bones, joints and teeth are governed by Saturn, as well as contraction. Jupiter governs adipose tissue, liver, pancreas and expansion. Some sources state that Saturn and Jupiter together provide a nice stability, and I’ve seen that for most of my life. I’ve always been naturally strong, healthy, and adventurous. However, now that I’m 65 I’m seeing some challenges rise up with bones and tissues – stiffness in hips and thighs, minor aches in knees, and teeth need more care now.
October 12, 2026 at 11:15 am #283243Bettina – love your insights about emotions, reading energy. Such an important skill to have! That ability can help to calm, to encourage others.
October 13, 2026 at 4:46 am #283244Class 2. Venus is a ruler of my six house. Venus governs the dhatu Shukra, and the sexual fluids as well as the fertility. Venus sits in the 12 house which is the house of donation and loss. So for me, this shows up as less menstrual periods. I would often experience light menstruation and go without for months. I never even considered it had to do with medical astrology, I thought it was just from stress. Very interesting.
October 13, 2026 at 5:03 am #283245Class 1 I noticed that the majority of planets clustered in the first second and third houses. The first and second house had two planets each. My understanding is that most of our Karmas from past lives can be experienced more intensely In the earlier part of life when we are going through our Kapha and pitta phase of life. This is when we learn the maximum lessons in classroom that shape our personalities.
October 13, 2026 at 3:53 pm #283252Class 2:
My sixth house is Gemini, which is ruled by Mercury (Budha). Mercury is associated with intellectual and nervous activity and can create a highly analytical, detail-oriented mind. I see these traits strongly in myself because I am a CPA who is very detail oriented and also a perfectionist. I tend to overthink almost everything – at times I can analyze a situation so much that it becomes paralyzing! Paralysis analysis!I notice stress often shows up physically for me in my nervous system through digestive issues and tension in my pelvic area. I was diagnosed with painful bladder syndrome and have been told I tend to hold a great deal of stress in my pelvis. From a Jyotiṣa perspective, this makes me wonder whether Mercury ruling my sixth house may indicate a tendency toward excessive mental and nervous activity that can affect my health. Although that doesn’t surprise me, it does perhaps provide an explanation for issues I need to address.
I need to be especially mindful about calming and grounding my nervous system through Ayurvedic practices such as Abhyanga, yoga, meditation, breathwork and other forms of relaxation rather than allowing my mind to remain constantly active.

October 14, 2026 at 6:51 pm #283276Ananda – Class 1 – I have a similar configuration but with 7 of my planets grouped in the 8th, 9th and 10th houses. From my own research over the years, I for sure have seen their influence, especially when I went through Saturn mahadasha, which my understanding is the period of karma lessons and accountability. 19 years of back-to-back lessons.
October 14, 2026 at 7:00 pm #283277Dana – Class 2 – We have the same configuration for this house! I completely resonate with analysis-paralysis! Also I have noticed a locked up sensation in my hips that goes away when I acknoweledge that something is bothering me. It feels protective. Like – you won’t move until you acknowledge what is bothering you. It is very helpful knowing that my mind plays such a role in my health. An Ayurveda doctor told me last year that my health concerns were not rooted in my diet or lifestyle, they were rooted in my mind. That was a huge shift for me and I saw rapid improvement afterwards. The analysis-paralysis of trying to perfect what was already pretty darn good gave way to relaxing and working on what was causing the anxiety or worry in the first place (that manifested as physical symptoms to get my attention).
October 14, 2026 at 7:05 pm #283278Bettina – Class 2 – I agree. Routine, strong boundaries on exertion of mind and body, and meditation have helped me a lot to reign in my Mercury energy. But I am also very intuitive (moon is in my 9th house), and by having these routines, I am better able to calm a restlessness of the mind so that intuition has room to communicate clearly.
October 15, 2026 at 4:51 pm #283287Class 3 – The Navamsa chart I pulled shows Moon in Gemini and Lagna Lord in Leo. Moon in Gemini relates to processing feelings through talking, writing and analyzing. The mind moves fast, leading to a like of variety, learning, and the ability to understand other perspectives. Lagna Lord in Leo can relate to transitioning from external affirmation to internal affirmation. Marriage can be based on loyalty, a sense of shared pride, no emotional games or pettiness. Desire is to leave a positive, authentic imprint.
One takeaway is the movement from external validation to internal validation, staying true to the self’s integrity and a commitment to authenticity. I have seen this movement in my own life, looking back on early years until now.
October 15, 2026 at 4:57 pm #283288Ananda – Very interesting about the connection between your physical symptoms and medical astrology. This is all new to me, I appreciate the insights you give.
Dana – Your post reminds me of myself – I’m retires now, but i remember working in stressful situations and needing to really listen to my nervous system, to set a limit and then transition to something calming as part of self-care.

Class 2. I have Saturn (Shani) as ruler of my 6 th house. No planets present. But because Saturn rules my 6 th house but resides in my 8th house I have a Vipareeta Raja yoga which means a little like that Shani as a ‘malefic’ in a ‘malefic’ house sits in another ‘malefic’ house is like a double negative to turn into a positive. It can create transformative defeat of obstacles. I face crises (appear devastating) but resolves in ways that make me stronger than before. I have studied Shani a-lot because of this yoga and have come to appreciate its energy. Saturn does not destroy what is truly meant for my highest evolution only what I outgrew and needed to go. Saturn loves the simple life and so do I in my daily routines and work. Ayurveda study has become a daily routine, slow but steady like Saturn.

October 16, 2026 at 6:31 pm #283305Class 1. The chart in front of me is a family member. It has two conjunctions. (Planets close to each other). One in the 10 house -hight of chart most visible- of career: it has Mars and Moon only 4 degree separate at final degrees of virgo. The other is actually more impressive because it has Venus and Mercury 6 degrees apart in the 8 th house of Leo. (But also Uranus on top of Pluto very close to Venus). As for the 10th house, this person has always worked and enjoys working. In love this person has undergone at one time a dramatic transformation. (8th house)
