We're a Registered Yoga School with Yoga Alliance. Complete the YTT portion and you're eligible to register directly as a Registered Yoga Teacher.

    A Real First Credential

Not a teaser or a prerequisite you rush through — a complete, standalone qualification in its own right.

A Running Start on Level 2

Everything here carries forward if you continue toward Ayurvedic Health Counselor 600.

    Included in Membership

Both halves of this 300-hour credential are part of your $49.99/month membership — full curriculum access, no certification fee for this level, no exam to schedule.

    Who You Become

Picture the person your friends already come to — the one who notices when someone's running on empty, who has a grounding practice ready before anyone even asks for one. At 300 hours, that instinct becomes something real and structured.

You can teach a full yoga class, not just lead a sequence of poses — with the breath work, the philosophy, and the classical understanding actually behind it. You can sit with someone and help them see their own rhythm clearly: why their mornings feel a certain way, why some seasons ask more of them than others, what a simple, sustainable daily practice could look like for their life, not someone else's borrowed routine.

This is a coaching and teaching scope — real, grounded, community-facing work. It isn't a diagnostic or clinical scope, and a good coach always knows exactly where that line sits. What you are is the first real hand someone takes when they decide to change how they live.
