Lesson 5: Practice 3
My issue for years has been the need to go deeper and deeper into removing toxins from my joints.
It is the location of my body that ama descends into first.
I can be feeling great and just a few choices remind me that my “ama bucket” still can be emptied more.
Since I was a wild, young, rajasic fellow in college, I think I underestimate how mindful, consistent, and diligent I have to be.
Which doesn’t matter much because my life is simply changing to where it’s just an observation and something to understand.
Yograj Guggulu is my go to. In the fall and winter I often use Triphala+ a touch of Gokshura and shilajit as well.
