Namaste Yogaveda community students, I’m joining in from the unceded land of the Monacan and Manohoac territory Piedmont blue ridge region of Virginia. This semester am looking forward to learning and exploring vedic star charts and the first aid pre/post op surgery treatment class. am hoping to deepen my connection with the stars in the morning when I wake up it’s dark it’s the most beautiful time to meditate and to star gaze.
