Welcome to a new trimester, everyone. 🌿
Whether you’re joining us for the first time, returning after a break, or continuing a path you’ve been on for years, I’m glad you’re here.
AyurShala is our place to learn together between classes. You don’t need a polished insight or a perfect question to join in. Come as you are.
Let’s begin with introductions. Reply below and tell us:
Your name and where you’re joining from
What you’re studying this trimester
One thing you’re curious about, hoping to practice, or looking forward to
A few sentences are enough. And if someone’s introduction speaks to you, say hello. Let’s make this feel like a room we’re entering together.
With love,

October 3, 2026 at 10:40 am #283002Hello! I am Susanne and currently living in Ocala, Florida. I am new to yoga veda institute and am just starting with the foundation courses. I am hoping to deepen my understanding of ayurveda and start my new practice of becoming a wellness coach and health counselor. I studied it somewhat when I completed my yoga teacher training many years ago. I feel like now ayurveda is calling to me to open up to a new world.
October 5, 2026 at 10:09 pm #283028Hello, My name is Christine. I live here in Ammon, Idaho. This is my first class in the Practitioner program. I completed Ayurveda Wellness Educator program at SCUHS in California. During that course I decided to take a Yoga200 teacher training. As well as a RMT, energy healing is so inline with Ayurveda. I am so excited to deepen my knowledge and further my education in Ayurveda. Long term goal, Healing center.

October 5, 2026 at 10:16 pm #283030Hi Susanne, another Yoga teacher, yay. while I was in my wellness educator course I attended a yoga teacher training as well, having Ayurveda understanding helped with understanding yoga for me, what do you think?
October 5, 2026 at 11:45 pm #283033Hello everyone! My name is Amra, and I am joining from Austria. This trimester, I am working intensively on submitting my client encounters while simultaneously exploring additional courses to deepen my knowledge of Ayurveda. Professionally, I bring a background as a Biochemistry Lab Technologist, a Master’s in Health Management, and an education in Yoga Therapy (IAYT)—and I absolutely love connecting the hard sciences with traditional mind-body wisdom. I am really looking forward to refining my practical clinical skills with clients this term. Thank you so much to the institute for continuously developing and evolving this program; it is truly a wonderful opportunity to be here and learn alongside you all!
