Yoga Teacher Training
200 Hour Yoga Alliance Registered Professional Program
Learn to Teach. Learn Why It Works.
A complete, Yoga Alliance-recognized 200-Hour Yoga Teacher Training — āsana, prāṇāyāma, and teaching methodology, taught with the classical Āyurvedic reasoning most YTTs leave out.
This training is one half of Ayurvedic Wellness Coach 300 — paired with 100 hours of Āyurvedic Foundations.
See the full 300 →Most 200HR programs teach you to lead a sequence. This one teaches you why the sequence works — the classical reasoning behind exercise, breath, and rest, so your teaching rests on understanding, not memorized cues.
Āsana, Properly Grounded
Postures taught alongside the classical principle of ardha śakti — half capacity, never exhaustion — so students learn to energize the body, not deplete it.
Prāṇāyāma
Breath practice taught with real depth, not a five-minute warm-up tacked onto the start of class.
Teaching Methodology
How to actually hold a room — sequencing, cueing, and adjusting for the real bodies in front of you.
Anatomy & Philosophy
Both required for RYT-200 eligibility, both taught with the depth this program applies everywhere else.
You already know the feeling of a class that works — the one where the room settles, where people leave steadier than they arrived. This training teaches you to build that feeling on purpose, for others, instead of stumbling into it by instinct.
You'll leave able to teach a real class, with real sequencing, and the classical reasoning behind every choice you make in it — not just a certificate that says you can, but the actual understanding that makes a class genuinely work.
This is a teaching scope, not a clinical one. You are training to lead a room, not to diagnose or treat — and a well-trained teacher holds that boundary as naturally as they hold a pose.
