What you need to know.

From September 1, 2026, all active students contribute $500 per year — or $125 quarterly, or $44 monthly — to maintain access. Last year this was waived. This year it applies to everyone.

The world has changed. The cost of running this school has increased and new enrollments have dropped — as they have across education globally. For a long time new enrollment revenue covered ongoing costs. That is no longer sufficient. We are asking everyone who is actively here to contribute to keeping it running. That is the honest answer.
Your tuition covered the program — the curriculum, the credential, the education itself. The Annual Community Contribution covers the ongoing cost of active participation: live faculty twice a week every trimester, the platform, recordings, community, student support, and administrative infrastructure. These are separate things. Your tuition is settled. This is what it costs to remain actively supported going forward.
Your access moves to Inactive Status automatically on September 1. You are not charged anything. Your progress, records, and place in the program are fully preserved. Nothing is lost. You can return at any time by setting up the Annual Community Contribution.
Access to live classes, the community platform, new recordings, and student support is paused. Your completed modules, exam records, attendance history, and all previously accessed content remain on your permanent record. Nothing you have done is removed.
Yes. Set up the Annual Community Contribution at any time and your access restores. A $500 reactivation fee applies on top of the annual contribution, covering the administrative work of bringing you back into the current program. Write to hello@yogavedainstitute.com when you are ready.

Active Enrollment & Requirement

Yoga Veda Institute maintains two student statuses: Active and Inactive. Students who wish to continue receiving active enrollment services, including live classes, newly released recordings, Student Services support, academic advising, graduation review, curriculum updates, and other active student benefits, must maintain Active Student Status in accordance with current Institute policies.

The Institute may establish and collect an Active Student Administrative & Technology Fee, or other active enrollment fees, necessary to support student services, academic administration, technology systems, records management, curriculum maintenance, and institutional operations. This fee is referred to elsewhere in Institute policy as the Annual Active Student Contribution / Annual Community Contribution described above.

Students who do not participate in the active enrollment model may be transitioned to Inactive Status. Inactive students retain their academic records and completed coursework history but do not receive ongoing active enrollment services.

The maximum program completion period is an academic eligibility period only and should not be interpreted as a guarantee of ongoing active enrollment services or exemption from institutional policies adopted during a student's enrollment.

The Institute reserves the right to modify operational models, student service structures, fees, policies, and administrative requirements as necessary to maintain the long-term sustainability of the institution.
