TUITION & PAYMENT OPTIONS
What is the cost of the program?
The tuition is $1,750 for each trimester of enrollment at YVI as an Ayurvedic Health Counselor (4 trimester) or Ayurvedic Practitioner (8 trimester) student. The cost of the program covers all credits enrolled in at the beginning of each trimester. Students can take as few or as many credits as they wish each trimester of enrollment; the faster the student progress through the program, the more affordable the certification.
For example, an Ayurvedic Practitioner student enrolled in the program and planning to graduate in the first cycle (8 Trimesters) may expect to pay the following total tuition for the AP program: $14,000. This does not include in person (residential) training, fees, textbooks, equipment, and other potential costs.
- For students in the position of taking longer than 6 years to complete the certificate program, there is a maximum total tuition cost capped at $31,500.
- Tuition is the same for AHC and AP students.
- Because the cost of the program covers all of the credits enrolled at the beginning of each trimester, students who wish to take more credits will progress through the program faster and more affordably.
Students will be invoiced for the cost of the program each trimester. The cost of the program includes academic and clinical tuition only; all other fees must be paid when due.
The cost of the program and other fees may be raised periodically without notice. Fees will be posted on the YVI website and in the YVI catalog for the year of the student’s initial enrollment. Tuition, fees, and additional costs are estimated as closely as possible in the YVI website and catalog. Students must meet all agreed-upon financial obligations to the school as per the policy in the YVI catalog before being allowed to graduate or receive official transcripts.
Students may select between mailing in monthly/semester payments, paying by credit/debit card, or automatically deducting the cost of the program from a bank account.
Private Loan Options
We accept private education loans from an official lender of your choice. Please contact Private Loans for information regarding options for a private education loan. Most private loans are subject to credit approval.

The Application and Acceptance Processing fees are non-refundable. Once a matriculated student has enrolled in their first course, the Annual Student fee is non-refundable. The cost of the program payment for the trimester is non-refundable once the trimester has begun unless a student withdraws from all courses before the end of the add/drop period for that trimester. After the add/drop period, any fees associated with a course are non-refundable.
