TUITION & PAYMENT OPTIONS

What is the cost of the program?

The tuition is $2,350 for each trimester of enrollment as a student at YVI.  Partial Scholarships are available to those in financial need.

The cost of the program covers all distance credits enrolled in at the beginning of each trimester. Students can take as few or as many credits as they wish each trimester of enrollment; the faster the student progress through the program, the more affordable the certification.

Students will be invoiced for the cost of the program each trimester (or each month depending on payment structure) . The cost of the program includes academic and clinical tuition only.

The cost of the program and other fees may be raised periodically without notice for new students  Enrolled students can expect to pay the fees published at the time of enrollment for the duration of the program.  Fees will be posted on the YVI website and in the YVI catalog for the year of the student’s initial enrollment.  Tuition, fees, and additional costs are estimated as closely as possible in the YVI website and catalog.   Students must meet all agreed-upon financial obligations to the school as per the policy in the YVI catalog before being allowed to graduate or receive official transcripts.

If you choose to withdraw, pause your studies, do not resume your studies after pausing your program, or are formally withdrawn for any reason, you are still liable for the full tuition amount agreed upon at the time of enrollment according to your student agreement.  Refunds will not be provided for students who withdraw, pause, do not resume after an extended pause, or are formally withdrawn from the program for any reason.

It is the students responsibility to determine if this program is the right fit prior to enrolling.

1. Research local, state and National Ayurvedic bodies in your local geographical region. It is the sole responsibility of the student to do the necessary research into local, state, and national regulations surrounding Ayurveda in their geographical region.  We offer free clarity calls for this purpose. Our knowledgeable team is able to assist in international regulations and answer any questions you have.  Refunds will not be provided for students who later determine they are unable to practice in their geographical location.

Our knowledgeable team is able to assist you in creating a Major Map and help determine if this program is a viable option for you based on your unique needs.  It is the sole responsibility of the student to become familiar with the required pre and co-requisites, class calendar, and course load prior to enrolling in the program.  No refunds will be provided to students who determine at a later date that they are unable to complete the course work for any reason.

There are no exceptions to our no refund policy.

Program Withdraw

For students who wish to discontinue their studies for any reason after enrolling in the program may do so by filling out the student withdraw request form.  Students who have paid in full, or are on a payment plan are not eligible for tuition refunds (see “refund policy” above).

Students on extended payment plans will be invoiced a final payment if any outstanding payments are due for the trimesters already completed.  For example, for students who wish to withdraw and have completed 4 trimesters thus far, but have only made payments towards their program totaling the published tuition for 2 trimesters, will be invoiced the remaining 2 trimester tuition due regardless of participation in those trimesters of the program (except scholarship recipients).

Scholarship recipients are liable for the full tuition due at the time of enrollment.  There are no exceptions.  Scholarship recipients sign an acceptance agreement at the time of enrollment into the program and agree to pay the tuition agreed upon in their scholarship offer.
