In our Ayurvedic Yoga Specialist training program, you will learn the core concepts of ayurveda, including the six tastes of ayurveda, psychological and emotional concepts, and the lifestyle and philosophical applications of this ancient wisdom. You’ll learn how simple implementations of ayurvedic diets and routines can create profound transformations in your life and the lives of others. You’ll experience firsthand the rejuvenating power that comes from balancing the doshas through aligning your actions with the seasons of the year, stages of your life, and phases of the day. The highlight of this career development program is in an additional Conscious Business Design Program.

Time Commitment
Each of the (4) courses below consist of 10, 2-hour lessons delivered over a 12-week trimester. In addition to the 2-hour lessons, students should expect an additional 8 hours per lesson for reading, studying, case study and topic specific homework assignments.

Recognition
Yoga Veda Institute is a private, post-secondary degree-granting institution recognized by the Florida Department of Education and Florida Commission on Independent Education under the authority of Florida State Statutes, Section 1005.06 and is an approved Continuing Education Provider. Yoga Veda Institute has been approved as a Professional School of Ayurveda by the National Ayurvedic Medical Association (NAMA).
Prerequisites
There are no prerequisites to take this program. Students can expect to have a successful career in the birthing industry following this program.

Class Schedule
Web Conference Classes are offered both Live and Recorded for later viewing. Please check the course calendar for specific class times and dates. In addition to the weekly classes, students can expect weekly topic specific assignments as well as case study requirements in their selected specialization area.
Student Conduct & Expectations
Above and beyond all subject matter in this program, this is a lifestyle dedicated to mindful, conscious and compassionate living. We expect these primary principles to be applied to all aspects of students learning experience inside and outside of the classroom.
Due to the nature of the subject of this course and to the high regard we put on living with integrity, honesty, truthfulness and compassion Yoga Veda Institute expects students to understand and maintain high standards of academic integrity. Breaches of academic integrity are subject to review by the Admin Board and may be grounds for disciplinary action, up to and including requirement to withdraw from the School and suspension of registration privileges or revocation of certification.
Students are expected to conduct themselves responsibly, honestly, and with due consideration for others while enrolled at Yoga Veda Institute as well as in all of their interactions and communications with members of the Yoga Veda community.
Students are expected to take personal responsibility for their own assignment submissions and tracking, knowing class dates and times of class, understanding their personal track program, requesting curriculum updates as needed. Yoga Veda Institute expects students to be active and engaged participants. Students registered in a course must attend all classes and participate online, take all exams, and complete all coursework on time.
Students who are registered for a course and miss the first class meeting risk losing their place in the course. The Institute reserves the right to prohibit or cancel late registration by students who do not attend first class meetings.
Students are expected to treat web-conference class meetings as if attending class on campus, which includes behaving professionally, treating others with courtesy and respect, refraining from using profanity or socially offensive language, wearing appropriate clothing, and avoiding inappropriate surroundings.
Students are required to have and use a camera and microphone when attending web-conference class meetings unless otherwise specified by the instructor.
Students may not join a class while driving or riding in a car. Students are expected to join from a suitable, quiet location, with a device that permits full participation in the class activities. Many courses include activities that cannot adequately be performed on a mobile device.

I’m Jacky Rae, co-founder & creator of Yoga Veda Institute and I am honored to be your mentor, and your guide as we navigate the waters of starting your new conscious business, together.
I’m an entrepreneur. I’ve built conscious product and service based businesses in countries around the world for more than 20 years. I’ve owned businesses in the USA, Mexico, Thailand, and the Cayman Islands. Over the last decade, I’ve built and run yoga studios, multiple retreat centers, successful yoga teacher training programs, international retreats, and detox centers around the world. I’ve hosted international retreats, created online programs, taught business consulting courses, and of course, co-founded Yoga Veda Institute.
I’ve done all of this, while working less than 20 hours a week, on my own terms. I’ve done this as a mom of 4 small children, and while traveling the world helping others create their dream businesses. And all of this has been accomplished with zero outside funding, no investors, from the ground up. It all started with a burning desire in my heart, and an idea.
If I can do it, YOU can do it. I can show you how.
You see, helping you get out of the “stuckness” of wanting to create your dream life, and actually CREATING your dream life, is where my passion lies. It’s what lights me up inside. It’s my purpose.
My purpose in life is to help other women create conscious, creative, sustainable businesses so they can live the life of their dreams while still having time for the things that matter most.
