Course Overview

Our Women’s Health course is a one of a kind course that is specifically for the woman or professional who wants to explore Ayurvedic principles and practices to nurture the woman throughout her life. Within Ayurveda, there exists an entire branch of Ayurvedic medicine that addresses these teachings, and in Women’s Health, we’ll explore these beautiful practices in a way that is easy to understand and put to practice.

On the surface…Women’s Health is a guided 3-month journey into the world of Ayurveda where you’ll learn how to design, implement and manage lifestyle, herbs and various yoga therapy techniques for females to have healthy menstrual cycles, enhance fertility, provide prenatal and natal support to the expectant mother and help women navigate the menopausal change.

Dive into the science of Ayurveda for women’s health and join a global network of practitioners, teachers and students from around the world who have discovered the amazing power of Ayurveda.

Learning Experience

Participate in a dynamic live 2-hour lesson each week via Zoom, or conveniently access the recording to watch at your convience. Each lesson comes complete with downloadable slides and a host of valuable resources designed to enrich your learning journey. As part of the course, engage in a comprehensive midterm and final exam, meticulously crafted to gauge and elevate your overall learning experience.

Your Teacher, Terra Raffael

Terra Rafael is a beacon of positivity and inspiration in the field of holistic women’s health. She wears multiple hats as a practitioner, writer, and instructor, all with a central focus on empowering women to discover balance and guiding fellow practitioners in harnessing effective tools for women’s well-being.

With over two decades of experience as a Registered Midwife, Terra has attended numerous births, bringing her profound expertise to the realm of women’s health. Her journey also led her to the world of Ayurveda, where she studied under various teachers before graduating from Alandi Ayurvedic Gurukula as a Certified Ayurvedic Practitioner.

Today, Terra’s passion shines through her writings and her individual work with women through her practice, WiseWomanhood – Holistic Women’s Health and Writings. Her dedication to the holistic well-being of women is a testament to her unwavering commitment to this important field.
