How Therapies Are Chosen

Selected for the Person, Not the Menu

Not every therapy is included in every retreat. Selection is based on an initial assessment of your constitution and what is needed at the time.

Some therapies, including Basti and Virechana, are only offered as part of a supervised Pañcakarma program.

Your initial consultation is always available over Zoom, wherever you are. When hands-on therapy is called for, we'll refer you to a qualified therapist in our network near you.

If you would like to learn more or plan a retreat, send a private inquiry — or keep exploring.

These therapies are educational and wellness-focused, and are not a substitute for medical diagnosis or treatment.
