– Week 9 –

Objectives for the current week’s lesson:

In this lesson, we begin our exploration of the subtle concepts of prana, tejas and ojas and their implications upon health and wellbeing. These take us to a deeper level of understanding the concept of wellness and health in our subjective consciousness and are more subtle than the structural and functional aspects we have been focusing on.

Class Objectives:

  • Prana / Tejas / Ojas Theory
  • Define the concepts Prana, Tejas, and Ojas
  • Discuss qualities and normal functions of PTO
  • Discuss the signs of healthy PTO
  • Discuss the relationship of PTO with Dosha
