STUDENT RE-ENROLLMENT & REACTIVATION

At Yoga Veda Institute, we are deeply committed to supporting each student’s path in Ayurveda while maintaining the integrity and professional standards of our programs.

We understand that life circumstances can interrupt studies. The information below explains how to restore access, re-establish enrollment, or return to your program in alignment with current academic and administrative guidelines.

Maintaining Active Enrollment

Students are expected to remain engaged each trimester through class attendance, coursework completion, or regular communication with Student Services.

If a temporary pause is needed, a Leave of Absence Form must be submitted in advance.

An approved leave preserves your enrollment and ensures that your access and standing remain in good order.

Inactive or Withdrawn Status

Per the Re-Enrollment & Continued Engagement Policy (Student Handbook, pg. 8):

“Students who are inactive for more than one trimester without formal communication or Leave of Absence approval will be moved to inactive status. Inactive status may result in limited access to the program, and students may need to re-enroll to resume their studies”

Access to the student portal and all educational materials is discontinued until reactivation or re-enrollment is completed.

Returning to your studies

Yoga Veda Institute recognizes that returning students often bring renewed clarity and purpose to their studies.

To ensure academic consistency and compliance with current educational standards, all students returning after a period of inactivity must do so under the current program guidelines in effect at the time of re-entry.

This policy ensures that every student—regardless of when they began—meets the same academic, clinical, and professional benchmarks required of all active participants.

Technology and Administrative Fee

Students who are eligible to reactivate their program may do so by paying the annual Technology & Administrative Fee.

This fee supports continued access to our educational systems, student portal, and academic support services.

What the Fee Provides

  • Reactivation of the student portal for 12 months

  • Access to online courses, live sessions, and mentorship hours

  • Maintenance of learning technologies and support systems

  • Eligibility for academic advising and student support

What the Fee Does Not Provide

  • Extension of an expired program completion timeline

  • Waiver of outstanding tuition or balances

  • Substitution for formal re-enrollment when program standards have changed

Program Updates and Eligibility

Yoga Veda Institute’s curriculum and program structure are periodically updated to reflect the most current standards in Ayurvedic education.

Because of this, returning students are not automatically eligible to continue under the terms of their original enrollment.

Students who have been removed from the program due to inactivity, non-payment, or expiration of their program timeline must formally re-enroll under the current curriculum and tuition structure.

Depending on the length of inactivity and the extent of curricular or policy changes, additional tuition fees may be required to re-enter and complete the current program.

This requirement applies particularly to students who have been inactive for more than one year or whose program requirements have changed since their original enrollment.

These updates ensure full alignment with the Institute’s academic integrity and the standards expected of all active students

Defaulted Payment Plans

Students who have defaulted on a prior tuition payment plan may no longer be eligible for future installment or financing options.

In such cases, tuition for re-enrollment or reactivation may be required to be paid in full at the time of registration.

This policy ensures equitable treatment of all students and maintains the financial integrity of the program.

Access Restoration Timeline

Once payment has been received, account restoration is processed manually by our administrative team.

Please allow up to 48 business hours for full access to be restored to the student portal.

You will receive an email confirmation once your account has been reactivated.
