STUDENT RE-ENROLLMENT & REACTIVATION

Life happens.
Sometimes students need to pause. Sometimes circumstances shift.
No matter what brought you here, please know this:

You are always welcome to return.

Our re-enrollment process is simple, kind, and designed to support you.

Scroll below to understand your student status and the easiest path to return to your studies.

Active Student

You’re fully enrolled and have access to:
• all live classes
• the student portal
• replays and resources
• the Foundations Suite
• community events

If everything is working normally, no action is needed.

Inactive Student

You were enrolled but had a pause in activity — usually because:
• a payment plan stopped
• you took time away (more than 6 months)
• life became full and studies needed to wait

Good news:
Inactive students can return easily by reactivating their account with the Student Access & Support Fee.

Reactivation Fee:
$500 per year or
$125 per quarter

Once paid, your portal reopens within 24 hours and you continue right where you left off.

Withdrawn Student

This means you were away from the program long enough that the curriculum changed (because Ayurveda standards evolve, and we keep our program up-to-date for your success).

Being withdrawn is not a penalty.
It simply means we want to make sure you come back into a program that fully supports your goals — especially if you plan to pursue higher-level training later.

If you are a withdrawn student:
You may need to re-enroll so we can be sure you are placed into the correct curriculum track and understand any updated requirements.

We want your return to feel smooth, aligned, and supportive — never confusing.

Reactivate Your Access (Most Students)

If you were recently inactive for an extended period (6+ months) you can restore your portal access immediately.

Tech & Admin Fee:
$500 per year
or
$125 per quarter

This covers:

  • Portal + course access

  • Live class access

  • Community spaces

  • Technology + admin support

  • Ongoing curriculum updates

Once paid, your access reopens within 1 business day.

Re-Enrollment (If You’ve Been Away Longer)

If you’ve been away long enough that the curriculum or accreditation requirements changed, we may need to update your enrollment so you meet current training standards.

What this means:

  • You keep everything you’ve already learned

  • You rejoin the updated program from where it makes the most sense

  • You receive the newest curriculum version to keep you compliant with the updated industry standards.

Any tuition adjustments will always be discussed with you clearly.
