Sacred Stewardship is the pathway through which qualified practitioners, preceptors, clinics, and schools are entrusted to carry this work forward in service to the medicine and the communities it touches. It exists to support those who feel called to teach, guide, and share Ayurveda responsibly — not through personal authority, but through accountability, mentorship, and devotion to right practice.
Through Stewardship, individuals and organizations are supported to offer approved teachings, clinical education, and community programs within clear ethical and professional boundaries. This path provides the structure and care needed to ensure that Ayurveda is shared with integrity, consistency, and respect — protecting both students and the living tradition itself.
Sacred Stewardship is not about expansion for its own sake. It is about creating a trustworthy, values-based framework through which Ayurveda can be taught, practiced, and offered in the world — by those who have demonstrated readiness, humility, and commitment to service.

Most modern Ayurvedic education stops at the certificate.

Your First Step Into Stewardship
During the next trimester intake, you may choose to enter the Stewardship Path. It’s optional, flexible, and heart-led — ideal for anyone who feels called to serve, guide, or hold space. You can choose your pace, and you can step back if life requires it.
Leadership is never assigned.
It is recognized.
When you feel the call, you step forward.
This path is optional because sacred work must remain voluntary.
You choose it because something in your heart says, “It’s time.”
Your First Circle: A Cup of Ayurveda
Your first act of stewardship is simple and ancient:
you pour tea, open a circle, and hold space.
We give you the structure, the script, the rhythm —
but the heart of it comes from you.
This is how Ayurvedic knowledge has been shared for centuries:
warmth, presence, conversation, community.
Your leadership begins simply and gently. We give you the full template, script, format, and flow for hosting your first community tea gathering. You don’t need to create anything — just show up with heart.

Mentorship for the Modern Steward
Real education cannot happen without mentors who know your name,
your strengths, your fears,
and the medicine you are called to carry.
Here you are not one student among hundreds.
Here, you have a guide —

walking beside you
as you grow into the leader your community needs.
You’ll receive ongoing leadership training + and mentorship with our Leadership Director. This is where you refine your presence, build confidence, and learn to lead with clarity and compassion.
Host Seasonal CLEANSE RESETS
From enjoying a cup of Ayurveda in your daily life to stepping into our Seasonal Cleanse Resets, you move naturally from curiosity to deeper practice.
These resets are fully supported and run by doctors — you simply hold space, gather, share, and learn together in community. The structure, seasonal teachings, practices, and timing are all provided; your role is to engage, reflect, and participate fully.
This is how true understanding and professional confidence begin to grow — through guided experience, mentorship, and community.

Over time, your gatherings naturally evolve into a study group — a little sangha, a living, breathing extension of the lineage you now hold.
Together with your mentor, you deepen your circles into a steady, nourishing community rooted in rhythm and connection.
We provide everything: the program foundation, teachings from our expert faculty and doctors, discussion guides, materials, and seasonal practices. You get to engage, share, and explore this foundation with others — expanding your understanding while fully supported by the program.
Serve Clients with Doctor-Led Mentorship
When the time is right — and not a moment earlier —
you begin seeing clients.
But not alone.
Never alone.
You carry the full Health Counselor protocol,
and behind you stands your team of doctors and mentors.
If a case is outside your scope,
we hold it with you.
We walk with you.
We ensure your clients receive care
that honors the lineage
and protects your integrity.
When you’re ready, we give you our full Ayurvedic Health Counselor (Level 1) coaching protocol — the entire system you can use with your community.
You begin seeing clients under the mentorship of doctors. If something falls outside your scope, our doctors see the client and guide you through the case so you grow with integrity and safety.
Grow Into Practitioner & Advanced Ayurvedic Practitioner
By the time you reach Practitioner and Advanced Practitioner levels,
you are not a student who hopes to be ready.
You are someone who has been held, mentored, guided, and seasoned
through circle, community, service, and supported clinical practice.
This is why our graduates feel confident.
Because their education was embodied — not intellectual.
Stewardship becomes the foundation for your clinical path. Each step — circles, study groups, clients, mentorship — prepares you for Ayurvedic Practitioner and Advanced Practitioner training. You never wonder “what’s next” because the entire path is laid out for you.
