Our Commitment & Refund Policy
At Yoga Veda Institute, we are deeply committed to holding space for your Ayurvedic journey. When you enroll, you are making a commitment—to yourself, to your growth, to the path of Ayurveda and to Yoga Veda Institute of Ayurvedic Medicine.
We also recognize that life unfolds in unexpected ways, and while we approach all of our students with compassion, we also honor the integrity and sustainability of our school. For this reason, we have a clear and firm refund policy in place.
This policy ensures that we can continue to provide affordable, high-quality Ayurvedic education to those who are truly committed.

Refund Policy
At Yoga Veda Institute, we are committed to offering high-quality, in-depth Ayurvedic education. Due to the nature of our programs and the immediate access granted to our proprietary digital resources upon enrollment, we have a strict No Refund Policy.
Commitment Upon Enrollment
Once a student enrolls, they are granted instant access to our full suite of digital course materials, protected resources, and online learning platforms. These materials represent the intellectual property of our institution and are delivered in full immediately upon enrollment.
Because of this, all enrollments are final, and no refunds will be issued under any circumstances—including personal changes, illness, scheduling conflicts, or inability to complete the program.
By enrolling, students agree to take full financial responsibility for their tuition and commit to completing their selected payment plan in full.
Third-Party Payment Policy
All tuition and fee payments must be made under the student’s name, regardless of the payment method (e.g., bank transfer, check, credit card). If a third party will be making a payment on behalf of the student, a completed Student Tuition Payment Authorization Form must be submitted prior to making the payment. Payments made under a name other than the student’s without prior authorization will not be eligible for refunds. Refunds will only be issued to the original payment source if the payment was made under the student’s name or with a valid third-party authorization on file.
Failure to disclose third-party payments or submit the required authorization form may result in disciplinary action, including removal from the program.
Scholarship Policy – Non-Refundable Commitment
Scholarships are limited and offered to students with the understanding that they are fully committed to completing their studies.
- Scholarship payments are 100% non-refundable. By accepting a scholarship, you agree to complete all tuition payments as scheduled, regardless of circumstances.
- Because scholarships reduce tuition for selected students, they cannot be refunded, transferred, or applied to future enrollments.
- If a student withdraws or does not complete their studies, their scholarship is forfeited, and no refunds will be issued.
By applying for and accepting a scholarship, you are committing to your Ayurvedic education and honoring the support that has been extended to you.
Special Offer Enrollment – Non-Refundable, Non-Transferable
At Yoga Veda Institute, special offers provide significant value at reduced rates but are strictly non-refundable and non-transferable. This includes program downgrades, partial refunds, or refunds for unused components. Special offer enrollments cannot be transferred to another person, program, or future enrollment, and no modifications are allowed. Retreats or intensive programs included in special offers are also non-refundable, with costs prepaid and non-recoverable. The standard refund policy does not apply to special offers or promotions, and by enrolling, students confirm they understand and agree to these terms. This policy ensures fairness, transparency, and consistency, supporting our ability to offer high-quality, affordable Ayurvedic education.
Pre-Recorded Digital Content – Non-Refundable
All sales of pre-recorded courses and digital content are final.
- Upon enrollment, students receive immediate access to digital materials. Because these resources can be accessed at any time, they are non-refundable.
- This policy protects the integrity of our offerings and ensures fairness for all students.

Program Completion Timeline
- Students have up to three years to complete the Ayurvedic Wellness Counselor program and up to six years for the Ayurvedic Practitioner program with no additional tuition fees.
- If a student does not complete their program within the given timeframe, re-enrollment at the current tuition rate will be required.
- Payment plans must be completed as agreed, regardless of study pace. Enrollment is a financial commitment to the program, not a pay-as-you-go model.
Access to Course Materials & Participation
- Upon enrollment, students receive instant access to digital materials, live classes, and student resources. Regardless of participation, tuition remains non-refundable after 30 days.
- Ayurveda unfolds layer by layer, and we encourage students to engage fully in the program to experience its true depth.
Extended Payment Plans & Commitments
- If you are enrolled in a monthly payment plan, payments must continue as agreed after the 30-day period.
- If you paid in full, no refunds will be issued after the satisfaction guarantee window.
- Payment plan agreements are final and cannot be canceled due to non-participation.
Program Deferrals & Leaves of Absence
We recognize that life happens, and we offer the option to defer studies if needed.
- Students may request a leave of absence, which allows them to pause their studies and return at a later time.
- Leaves of absence are subject to approval and do not pause tuition payments.
- Tuition payments and credits are non-transferable to other individuals.
If you are unsure whether this is the right time for you to enroll, we encourage you to wait until you feel fully ready to commit.
Compassion & Boundaries
We are a small, heart-centered school dedicated to making Ayurveda accessible to as many students as possible. However, we also honor the energetic exchange of this sacred work.
While we deeply care for each student’s personal circumstances, our team, faculty, and administration do not have the authority to override this policy.
By enrolling, you acknowledge this refund policy and agree to honor your commitment to the program.
Chargebacks & Disputes
At Yoga Veda Institute, all refunds are processed on the 25th of each month in accordance with our financial policy. This regular schedule ensures transparency, fairness, and consistency for all students. Once approved, refunds are issued back to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. Please note that refunds are not immediate and may take up to 10 business days to appear in your account after processing.
If a chargeback is initiated before the refund process is completed, the transaction is automatically frozen and the funds are removed from our system. At that point, we are legally restricted from taking any further action until the dispute is fully resolved by your bank or financial institution. Filing a chargeback—regardless of the outcome—will result in the forfeiture of any additional refund eligibility. This includes both partial and full refunds. Attempting to bypass or accelerate our refund process by submitting a chargeback is considered a violation of our financial policy.
We strongly encourage you to contact our Accounts Department at accounts@yogavedainstitute.com before pursuing a chargeback. Our team is here to assist you and committed to resolving any concerns within our published refund timeline. We appreciate your cooperation and understanding.
