Prepare the Body for Ayurvedic Detoxification
PURVA / PACAT KARMA: PREPARATORY & CLEANSING THERAPIES
Learning Outcomes
After this course, you’ll have the knowledge to offer Ayurvedic procedures like abhyanga (oil massage), shirodhara, sweating therapies, and localized basti treatments within your wellness practice. You’ll know how to design nourishing pre-cleansing programs, recognize when adjustments are needed, and safely deliver therapies that deeply support your clients’ nervous system, tissues, and overall vitality. While this course is a key requirement for Ayurvedic Practitioner students, it’s also a beautiful addition for professionals in the wellness space who want to integrate authentic Ayurvedic treatments into their offerings.
