You hold AHC or AP credentials — or equivalent Ayurvedic clinical training — at or above the level you wish to supervise. Credentials must be verifiable.
You are in active clinical practice with real patients — a caseload with genuine variety in age, background, and health presentations that gives students meaningful, diverse exposure.
You have students in your community — yoga teachers, wellness practitioners, workshop participants, graduates — who are enrolled with or actively considering Yoga Veda Institute.
You can offer a safe, appropriate clinical environment — clinic, retreat venue, or structured mentorship — that meets Yoga Veda Institute's facility and supervision standards.
You want to pass the medicine on. Not as a distraction from your practice — as its natural, meaningful, well-compensated extension.
Here is what you are signing up for — honestly.
We want you excited. We also want you clear. Here is what supervision actually looks like week to week, in plain language.
Students submit case studies as they go. You read them, leave written feedback, and return them. AHC students submit around 75. AP students submit 150. Not all at once — spread across the placement. Think of it like responding to thoughtful emails from someone you are mentoring.
You meet with students — in person for the required hours, virtually for the rest. They observe your consultations. You observe theirs. You debrief. You guide. This is the actual mentorship — the part that matters most, and the part you are already brilliant at.
Halfway through and at the end, you complete a structured assessment using our rubrics — basically a written snapshot of how the student is developing. We provide the form. You fill it in honestly. It takes about 30 minutes and is the most important thing you submit.
When the student is done, you write a short recommendation to Yoga Veda Institute — essentially saying whether they are ready to graduate. You do not decide if they graduate. We do. But your recommendation matters a great deal, and we take it seriously.
The time commitment varies by format. A retreat compresses everything into a short, intense period. A clinic placement or mentorship spreads it out over months. Either way — this is not a second job. It is a natural extension of what you already do, with structure and income attached.

Before any students are placed with you, you sign a Clinical Training Agreement with Yoga Veda Institute. Here is what is in it — no surprises.

A referral contribution — a small percentage of the placement fee that comes back to Yoga Veda Institute for maintaining the network, the directory, and the institutional framework behind your pathway.
What happens if a student drops out, or if either party needs to exit — clearly spelled out, no grey areas.
Marketing rules — what you can say about your pathway, and what to avoid so everyone stays protected.

You will receive the full agreement to review before signing. No one is asked to commit to anything they have not read.
