How you will supervise

YVIAM accepts three supervision methods. Select all you can offer.

Method 1 — Direct observation

You, the student, and the patient together. In person or live virtual.

Method 2 — Case review & approval

Student sees patient, brings findings to you. You review and approve before implementation. In person or live virtual.

Method 3 — Case report review

Student sees patients independently, submits reports. You approve interventions before they are provided to the patient. Regular live check-ins required.

Can you offer residential in-person hours? *

AHC students need 25 in-person hours minimum. AP students need 100 combined in-person hours. Without in-person capacity, students cannot complete the residential requirement for NAMACB board eligibility.

Option A · Year One

Standalone Experience

Retreats, immersions, or experiences not connected to the full programme. Year one of the preceptor relationship.

All standalone experience bookings through the YVIAM platform. YVIAM collects payment and remits 80% of the experience fee on the 25th of each month, for bookings where the 30-day refund window has passed. After year one, you and YVIAM will agree on the applicable model going forward.

Option B · All Inclusive

Full Programme Supervision

Clinical supervision as part of the YVIAM professional programme — where students complete hours toward their IAC credential.

All programme supervision fees from enrolled students. YVIAM's 40% covers curriculum, credential administration, platform, payment processing, marketing, student support, and clinical documentation. YVIAM collects all payments and remits 60% on the 25th of each month.

Option C · By Invitation

Platform License

For established high-volume preceptors. Flat annual license fee — amount confirmed separately. Available by invitation after year one.

Bank details: For security, banking information is not collected through this form. YVIAM will contact you within 2 business days of approval to collect payment details before your first disbursement.

Student platform fee

For your awareness

YVIAM charges students $500 per year (or $125 per quarter) for as long as they require platform access. This fee is collected entirely by YVIAM. It is not part of any revenue split under any model and is not your concern.

Your obligations

What YVIAM expects from you

Supervise students in accordance with YVIAM's clinical standards. Document all supervised hours accurately in the portal within 7 days of each session. Review case studies within 7 business days and approve interventions only when clinically appropriate — and only before they are provided to the patient.

Maintain active professional liability insurance throughout my time as a YVIAM preceptor. Maintain client and student confidentiality at all times. Notify YVIAM promptly of any change in my clinical status, credentials, or availability.

I understand that YVIAM collects all student payments and remits my earnings on the 25th of each month for eligible bookings (post-30-day refund window). I understand that banking details are collected separately. I understand the revenue model(s) I have selected above.
