Pranayama

In this (online) intensive class you will nurture your personal practice of yogic breathing to experience extreme transformation using the breath. You will engage in bi-weekly classes which focus on pranayama practice techniques and dedicate an entire month of your personal practice to self-inquiry into your personal practice.
Requirements:
- Make sure to be in a private and quiet place to watch the class recording
- Watch all recordings
- Be 100% present in every class
- Pass the final exam
Final Exam:
- Pranayama Practice: Select one method of pranayama that we have covered in this course. Practice this chosen method every day for a minimum duration of 10 minutes. This practice should be continued consistently for a period of 14 days.
- Reflective Essay: After completing the 14-day pranayama practice, you are required to write a reflective essay about your experience. This essay should be 750 words in length.
Essay Guidelines:
- Reflect on your journey with the pranayama practice over the 14 days.
- Discuss any challenges you faced and how you overcame them.
- Describe any changes or benefits you noticed in your mental, emotional, or physical well-being.
- Explore how this experience might influence your future pranayama practices or overall lifestyle.
Submission Details:
- Format: Your essay must be submitted as either a PDF or Word document.
