We instill in them morals and values and pray that they will turn out to be good humans. As adults we know that life would have been much easier if we’d only been taught the truly important things, earlier on. What if we had been introduced to all of this before the struggle began, before the addiction, before the depression, before the trauma?
    Our classes are geared towards both child and parent for an experience meant to be shared, because we all need a bit more connection with our kids.  Growth happens together, while learning valuable life lessons meant to be shared with the whole family. This program is for my children, and yours!

    Our live classes are held weekly through our simple to use virtual classroom. Teaching a child to pay attention to their breath, tune into their feelings, and listen with their heart will help them develop a strong connection to themselves and the world around them.
