Internship & Patient Encounters

Class Description:

We aim to improve the world, one person at a time, by teaching skills and concepts, providing products and building meaningful relationships that support both personal and professional fulfillment and enrich the lives of those we serve.

Our operation is built upon integrity, respect and a firm commitment to provide you with the highest quality of service.

Our Ayurvedic student practitioners assist individuals in promoting long, healthy, balanced and active lifestyles. They engage in their own unyielding pursuit to develop and teach change-work strategies that break through conventional limits. Beyond which they endeavour to share in interpersonal communication and self-development with those who are passionate about igniting personal change.

Students may enroll in the Internship Program AFTER successful completion of Ayurvedic Yoga Therapy, Ayurvedic Nutrition, Ayurvedic Anatomy and Clinical Assessment.

Each term students will engage in comprehensive case study research.  Students will create and manage and collect case studies in a selected area of interest.

Through an online system of HIPPA approved learning, students will have the opportunity to connect with a variety of case study research clients who will serve as the students required patient encounters.

Students are responsible for assuring that all of their client data is HIPPA compliant.

Student Responsibility:

All Internship Students are responsible for saving and tracking their own Patient Encounters.  50 Encounters for AHC, 150 Encounters for AP/ AYT.

All Case Study Responses should be saved on our HIPPA approved platform to protect patient data.  All Case Study SUBMISSIONS should have personal details removed and archived in a Google Drive Folder that has been shared with titled as follows; LASTNAME_FIRSTNAME_CASESTUDY#
