Students may enroll in the Internship Program AFTER successful completion of Ayurvedic Yoga Therapy, Ayurvedic Nutrition, Ayurvedic Anatomy
Each term students will engage in comprehensive case study research. Students will create and manage and collect case studies in a selected area of interest.
Through an online system of HIPPA approved learning, students will have the opportunity to connect with a variety of case study research clients who will serve as the students required patient encounters.
Students are responsible for assuring that all of their client data is HIPPA compliant.
All Internship Students are responsible for saving and tracking their own Patient Encounters. 50 Encounters for AHC, 150 Encounters for AP/ AYT.
All Case Study Responses should be saved on our HIPPA approved platform to protect patient data. All Case Study SUBMISSIONS should have personal details removed and archived in a Google Drive Folder that has been shared with email@example.com titled as follows; LASTNAME_FIRSTNAME_CASESTUDY#

Recording your first session:
The Clock Tree platform does not support recording directly. Follow the steps below to record your Clock Tree session.
1. Download Loom https://www.useloom.com/
2. Start Clock Tree Session and Record using Loom
3. Save your recording using a Unique Password.
4. Upload your video into
5. Delete your recording immediately from Loom and your personal computer (unless using HIPPA compliant storage on your device).
All saved videos should be archived inside ClockTree.
