Hi all,
I am looking to take on clients for the first time in California as a Preventative Health Counselor.
I am wondering if anyone has service agreements or contracts they would’n’t mind sharing with me for me. I’d love to use it as a base to help me get started. I’d modify it for my own work with 1:1 clients?
