Jessica Oker is a certified Ayurvedic Practitioner and the lead instructor of Conscious Business Design: A Blueprint for Impact & Growth at Yoga Veda Institute. She holds a Master of Science in Organizational and Human Resource Development, a Certificate of Graduate Study in Conflict Resolution and Reconciliation, and a 200-hour Yoga Teacher Certification. She has also completed advanced training in Art of the Pulse, deepening her capacity to support individualized healing.
Fluent in English and French, Jessica integrates traditional Ayurvedic therapies—such as customized oils, herbal steams, and Shirodhara—with a trauma-informed, heart-centered approach. Her work focuses on helping individuals reconnect with their true nature while building practices and businesses rooted in clarity, impact, and alignment.
