Community Pledge

Ayurveda is a living tradition meant to be learned, practiced, and carried forward in relationship. Yet many students and practitioners today find themselves navigating this path without clear guidance — unsure where they belong, uncertain who to trust, and concerned by the growing number of voices practicing without sufficient training, mentorship, or accountability.

The Community Pledge exists to meet this moment.

This is a values-based commitment for those who choose to practice and share Ayurveda with care, humility, and responsibility. It is not certification or licensure. It is a voluntary pledge to uphold ethical practice, continue learning, seek mentorship, and serve students and communities with integrity and discernment.

Taking the Community Pledge and joining the community is freely offered and open to all who feel called to stand in stewardship of the medicine.

Those who wish may also choose to publicly list their practice, offerings, or community circles, making it easier for students and communities to find practitioners who have committed to ongoing ethics, mentorship, and service. Public listings are optional and offered as a way to support transparency, trust, and connection within the field.

At its heart, this community exists not for recognition or promotion, but to protect the medicine, strengthen accountability, and ensure Ayurveda is carried forward with care.
