  • Communicate with kindness and professionalism in all interactions, whether in person, via email, or through other communication platforms.
  • Use clear, polite language in all communications, avoiding slang and ensuring correct grammar and spelling.

Preferred Communication Channels

  • Adhere to the communication preferences specified by faculty and staff, such as email, phone calls, or designated office hours.
  • Faculty and staff will clearly state their preferred methods of communication at the start of each course or during initial administrative interactions.


  • Respond to inquiries and communications promptly. Faculty and staff aim to reply to student communications within 48 hours on working days.
  • Students should initiate contact as early as possible, especially when addressing urgent or complex issues.


  • Maintain confidentiality at all times. Discuss sensitive information only in private settings or through secure communication channels.
  • Respect the privacy of all community members by not sharing private communications without consent.

Proactivity in Communication

  • Communicate openly about potential challenges or conflicts as early as possible to prevent minor issues from escalating.
  • Schedule appointments during office hours for in-depth discussions or when detailed assistance is needed.


  • Stay informed by regularly checking official communication channels such as emails, the Institute’s website, and learning management systems.
