Timeliness
- Respond to inquiries and communications promptly. Faculty and staff aim to reply to student communications within 48 hours on working days.
- Students should initiate contact as early as possible, especially when addressing urgent or complex issues.
Confidentiality
- Maintain confidentiality at all times. Discuss sensitive information only in private settings or through secure communication channels.
- Respect the privacy of all community members by not sharing private communications without consent.
Proactivity in Communication
- Communicate openly about potential challenges or conflicts as early as possible to prevent minor issues from escalating.
- Schedule appointments during office hours for in-depth discussions or when detailed assistance is needed.
