Saara was born in Kuwait city from an Egyptian family and successfully graduated in Ayurvedic Practitioner Diploma Program from Shadanga ayurveda Gurukul – New Delhi.
Saara knew she had a vocation for Naturopathy and Holistic therapies since her childhood, inspired by her mother, a passionate nurse. Saara then pursued studies of Ayurveda and Naturopathy from leading institutes in India and the US ( Yogaveda Insitiute)
Through her 4 years living in India Saara was trained by 9 different doctors in India in different clinics and hospitals including The Holy family Hospital new Delhi with Dr. Ritu Sethi.
During her 4 years long journey of study and practice, Saara has helped over 100 patients to find their balanced lifestyle and helped them heal their body mind and soul.
