As a certified Ayurvedic Practitioner (June 2024) Ayurvedic Health Counselor, Ayurvedic Body/Beauty Work Specialist, Western Herbalist and Licensed Aesthetician I specialize in Ayurvedic Skin Therapy. I work with clients both online and in person through hands-on experiences and skincare counseling. I also offer group workshops, retreat additions, home treatments for postpartum clients and educational courses.
My clients are guided via the lens of Ayurveda which includes: individual balance, seasonal balance, whole foods, nature/food based products and an age embracing “less is more” paradigm. Ultimately I advocate for self love as the catalyst for true beauty.
