Kates passion for all things connected to Vedic traditions is evident when you speak with her. Whilst still discovering and exploring this lifelong learning, Kate takes people on tours to Nepal. Nepal is steeped in ancient wisdom, mysteries from both the buddhist, hindu and Vedic traditions. A great place to immerse and learn experientially. Kate sets the intention on her tours to invite people to start to explore Ayurveda and its many limbs through this immersive journey into the heart of it.
Kate has a background in Counselling, fitness, facilitation and teaching, recently penning her first book “Following Dharma” which centers on her experiences in Nepal mostly and the wisdom it has shown her.
Running regular retreats and offering services that center around “change and transformation” Kate uses Ayurvedic philosophies and teachings to assist her clients.
Kate encourages her guests to Nepal that one of the best ways to learn more about Ayurveda and how it can help you deal with many of underlying health issues is to have a session with a qualified Ayurvedic Doctor. Alternatively, enjoy Ayurvedic body treatments or counselling sessions. Kate has partnered up with Ayurvedic Professionals in Nepal and she herself is working towards a Diploma in Ayurvedic Practice and holds a 200 hour Yoga Certification and can advise you on where to start in your own wellness journey.
You can get involved in our treks, retreats and or allow us to custom a trip that gets to the heart of the matter and if you love it as much as Kate then you could help with her dream to help build an Ayurvedic Health Retreat that supports local Nepali people into jobs with consciousness and reignites the connection to nature and source. Offering Tourists an amazing experience to heal using Ayurvedic traditions whilst supporting local communities to live healthier lives and inspire one another into conscious businesses. Reach out to Kate to get involved.
We need to raise $500,000AUD by 2026 to make this happen, all donations big or small are welcome.
We hope to make this pilot project in Pokhara Lakeside and then replicate this in other locations across Nepal and potentially other places in the world.
Counselling, guidance, facilitation, retreats, digestion, dharma support, Change and transformation.
