Amy Eldredge enthusiastically offers teachings from the heart with sweetness, authenticity, and humor using intuitive healing.
Amy has 20+ years of experience as a Nurse Practitioner caring for and teaching people at all stages of life. In 2016 she took her first deep dive into the ancient traditional healing system of Ayurveda and it transformed her perspective about healing. Ayurveda underscores the importance of balance and cooperation with the organic nature of life for optimal health and healing.
In 2021 she completed the Ayurveda Health Counselor Program at Boston Ayurveda School and is certified through the National Ayurveda Medical Association. Amy continues her studies with the YogaVeda Institute as she completes her Ayurveda Practitioner work.
Additionally, her expertise comes from her deep meditation practice and years of study with Paul Muller-Ortega, PhD.
Amy has been offering yogasana classes in her community since 2016. Amy has a full, deep, regular daily meditation practice; she is also a spouse, mother to a beautiful human and two canines, cook/hiker/crew rower/kayaker/lover of nature who lives fully in life.
She lives and teaches in upstate NY and the surrounding areas. She is willing to travel to offer teaching to groups or for events.
