Ayurvedic & Western Medicine: Functional Health Coaching
24-Hours | Live & Online
Learning Outcomes
After this course, you’ll know how to bring lab work and modern diagnostics into your Ayurvedic practice with confidence and clarity. You’ll learn how Functional Medicine aligns with Ayurvedic principles—especially when it comes to understanding root causes like poor digestion, inflammation, and metabolic imbalance. We’ll show you how to read basic lab reports and recognize patterns that reflect imbalances in agni, āma, doshas, and dhatus.
If you’re already working in wellness, this course will help you make sense of lab data through an Ayurvedic lens—so you can better understand your clients and know when it’s appropriate to refer them to a medical professional. You’ll walk away with a stronger grasp of what labs can (and can’t) tell you, and how to integrate this knowledge while staying rooted in Ayurvedic wisdom and within your scope of practice.
