Foundations & Philosophy: History, classic texts, eight branches, Sāṁkhya philosophy

Core Concepts: Tridoṣa, Dhātus, malas, srotāṃsi, Agni, āma, ojas, prāṇa, tejas

Assessment & Diagnosis: Comprehensive health evaluation, lifestyle analysis, pathogenesis, and clinical case management

Recommendations & Treatments: Nutrition, daily & seasonal routines, sensory therapies, mind-body support, doṣa balancing, pañcakarma, and follow-up care
