In today’s lesson, you will gain a deeper understanding of the Yoga Sutras, and in particular, the 8 Limbs of Raja Yoga.

3. Choose one important take away from the first Sutra.

4. Explain in five sentences, what part of the application of second Sutra you find valuable.

5. Work with one concept from today’s lecture, see if you can add it to your daily sadhana and, we will try to make time to talk about it in the next lecture.
