AYURVEDIC HEALTH COUNSELOR PROGRAM
600 Hour · Hybrid Clinical Training · 1 Year
This is not a course, it is a layered mentorship pathway. The course content, a single element of a multi tiered mentorship pathway and leadership program. Here, you’ll turn your calling to Ayurveda into a professional offering that heals your family, your community, and the world. Here, we’re not teaching Ayurveda, we’re cultivating the next generation of healers in mind-body medicine.
the health counselor PATH
The Ayurvedic Health Counselor program begins differently for each student. We know you’ve done lots of learning online first, through books, through mini courses, through blogs, and all the things.
On the day you begin this journey with us, you’ll begin by scheduling your first guidance call. This helps your guide understand what foundation level coursework you’ll need to make sure you’re all set when you dive into the real program, where you’ll meet your living mentors, and learn authentic Ayurveda, not through printable PDF content, or pre-recorded AI videos that anyone can make online. But through real, guided mentorship.
We know that you’ve been searching for a program with the real teachers, not more of the same same. Here, you’ll go deep, fast. This is the stuff you won’t learn in the text books, or in the online courses. You’ll learn Ayurveda the only way it’s meant to be taught, from teacher to student, heart to heart.
Here, we prepare students to walk alongside clients in meaningful, therapeutic relationships — guiding clients through personalized lifestyle healing rooted in the timeless wisdom of Ayurveda.
Through live classes, mentorship, and deeply experiential training, students learn how to truly see another human being…
to listen beneath symptoms…
to recognize the stories the body is telling.
This pathway is immersive and transformational.
Students are trained to perceive patterns of imbalance, understand the roots of dis-ease, and craft individualized care plans that honor the whole person — body, mind, and spirit.
It is not mechanical.
It is relational.
It is intuitive, grounded in classical science yet alive in compassionate presence.
This is clinical lifestyle medicine as Ayurveda intended it —
heart-centered, personalized, and profoundly human.
AYURVEDA THROUGH THE LENS OF the Health COunselor
In the Health Counselor Pathway, you study a living curriculum with one clear purpose: to translate Ayurvedic wisdom into individualized clinical lifestyle care.
As the world moves into the direction of AI, practitioners are no longer necessary to provide basic Ayurvedic information. Here, you’ll receive guidance in how to translate that guidance into real world application, offer community healing programs, personalized in person service, create community, offer courses and programs, and therapeutic plans.
Here, we know that what the world needs are not more people offering surface level Ayurvedic guidance. The world needs more community healers, birth doulas providing real care, seasonal cleansing workshops, community programs & so much more.
We will show you how to become the leader in your community for natural wellness, not someday, today.

Program Overview
The Health Counselor Pathway is where your formal study of clinical Ayurveda begins.
You don’t have to arrive here already knowing everything.
You simply need to feel that quiet pull — that desire to understand health in a deeper, more meaningful way.
This is where we slow down and really learn to see.
You begin training your eye to recognize patterns.
Your mind to think clearly.
Your discernment to grow steady.
You learn how to listen differently.
How to assess thoughtfully.
How to design care that is individualized, not generic.
It’s not about memorizing information.
It’s about building a way of thinking.
A way of observing.
A way of holding responsibility.
This is the first step into becoming someone others can trust with their health. And we walk that step with you.

Meet Your Guide, Jacky Rae (Co-founder)
I came here as a student first. Over a decade ago, I was sitting exactly where you are today. I was looking for a program that didn't compromise the spirit of Ayurveda as I understood it in the name of making it fit into a western medicine mold.
The typical model of western Ayurvedic teaching is broken. Lots of surface level theroy creates cookie cutter coaches who struggle to find patients & offer herbal treatements just like western doctors. I still don't get it. If western medicine is broken, why are Ayurvedic schools trying to duplicate that same model.
I started this school with one simple idea — bring the best teachers in the world together and create a community where the community guides the learning.
This school has been a decade long passion project, I am obsessed with this school, this program, and seeing my students succeed in life and in health.
My purpose is to create a unique Ayurvedic educational model that doesn't just teach Ayurveda, it embodies it. It inspires and it transforms the lives of all it touches.
Here, my job is to co-create this with you. Together, we are changing the world, one student, one circle at a time.
In service, Jacky Rae (co-founder & your guide)

*This fee is waived during your first year of study. The program is designed to be completed in 1 year. Beyond that, the tech fee allows you to stay, learn, grow, evolve with your comminity, the tech fee sustains your access as long as you need it.

How long does it typically take to complete?
The Ayurvedic Health Counselor Program is a hybrid clinical training designed to support both depth and flexibility.
The program can be completed in 1 year when taken as offered, moving through the full academic cycle of coursework, live instruction, recorded classes and mentorship.
But we are not prescriptive, you have the freedom to take all the classes as they are offered, or take it at a pace that suites your scheudle. You'll discuss this on your first guidance call upon enrollment to set up a plan that works for you, your life, your goals.
Because the Institute operates in trimester cycles, students may also move at a pace aligned with their professional, family, and life commitments.
Some move through the training in focused immersion.
Others take a more spacious, integrative approach.
Both are fully supported.
This is professional training — grounded, relational, and designed to prepare you for meaningful clinical lifestyle practice.
How is the program delivered — and what does hybrid study actually look like?
All courses within the Living Ayurveda Curriculum are offered live.
Because the curriculum is extensive and delivered across multiple trimesters, students are supported in moving through the material at a pace that honors both depth and life rhythm.
Students who wish to progress in one year choose a hybrid format — combining live class attendance with recorded coursework to complete program hours with greater efficiency within a 12 month cycle.
Those who prefer a slower, more spacious pace may choose to study fully live, attending classes in real time as they are offered through a 2 year cycle.
This approach allows for deeper immersion, relationship-building, and meaningful integration — while naturally extending the overall completion timeline.
Both learning rhythms are fully supported.
Whether moving in focused immersion or steady integration, students remain held within the same living learning environment.
As training deepens, hybrid learning expands to include mentorship guidance, case-based learning, and required in-person clinical experiences.
When does clinical training begin — and will I be guided as I move into client work?
As soon as you're ready. When you feel ready, you'll choose a mentor who will guide you through clinical case reveiw and in person learning. You can expect to travel up to 7 days for this immersion. It is not required to know where you'll do your clinical work, or choose your mentor now. You'll meet them throughout the program, and we trust you'll feel called to work with the right person at that time.
There is an old saying in Ayurveda, "When the student is ready, the mentor appears." That holds true here. We don't recommend that you decide on your mentor now, as you have yet to meet all the wonderful options within the course.
Clinical training begins as soon as a student recognizes they are ready to step into clinical work.
Rather than waiting until the end of coursework, students are supported as soon as they are ready — allowing clinical awareness, assessment skills, and case-based understanding to develop alongside academic study.
This early integration helps students feel prepared, confident, and guided as they move toward working with clients.
Within the clinical training framework, students are supported in developing:
• Intake and clinical assessment skills
• Care plan development
• Case-based learning
• Clinical reflection and guided discussion
Students are never expected to carry clinical responsibility alone.
They are held within structured mentorship, supervision, and faculty guidance as their confidence and competency naturally grow.
In this way, clinical readiness unfolds gradually — grounded in knowledge, supported practice, and compassionate care.
What is the Mentorship Pathway — and how does in-person clinical training work?
The Mentorship Pathway is the experiential layer of clinical training — and it’s designed to be immersive, hands-on, and deeply engaging.
Rather than positioning clinical education as purely academic or observational, our model is rooted in lived experience.
Students complete their in-person clinical hours within workshop-style environments that are interactive, practical, and embodied.
Here, clinical learning happens through doing — not just studying.
Experiences may include:
• Hands-on assessment training
• Intake and case exploration
• Herbal preparations and applications
• Lifestyle and therapeutic protocol design
• Panchakarma theory in practice
• Community wellness workshops
This structure allows students to build clinical confidence in environments that feel supportive, collaborative, and alive — rather than rigid or intimidating.
Mentorship remains a core part of the experience.
Students are guided by practitioners walking beside them — offering reflection, insight, and support as deeper layers of responsibility unfold,
In this way, training becomes not only educational — but relational, experiential, and enjoyable.
Learning is grounded in practice, community, and hands-on integration.
Are there co-requisites to enroll?
No prior Ayurvedic training is required to begin.
Students may enter the Ayurvedic Health Counselor Program without previous academic study in Ayurveda. The curriculum is designed to meet you where you are and guide you step-by-step into clinical lifestyle practice.
As students move toward graduation and clinical readiness, a small number of co-requisites are required to support safe and competent client care.
These include:
• Completion of 6 college-level credits in Human Anatomy & Physiology (or equivalent)
• Participation in required in-person mentorship and experiential training hours
These co-requisites ensure students enter clinical work with both anatomical literacy and supervised, hands-on support.
Students who have not yet completed Anatomy & Physiology may still begin their Ayurvedic coursework and fulfill these credits alongside their studies.
Guidance and support are provided throughout the process.
What certification will I receive — and what can I do professionally after graduating?
Graduates of the program receive the professional certification:
Ayurvedic Health Counselor
This clinical certification reflects training in client assessment, lifestyle care planning, and individualized therapeutic support within a defined scope of Ayurvedic practice.
Health Counselors are prepared to work with clients through prevention, lifestyle intervention, and holistic wellness restoration — guiding meaningful change through personalized care.
Graduates who complete all program and clinical requirements are eligible to sit for the NAMACB Board Exam, advancing toward national board certification within the Ayurvedic profession.
This certification represents a significant level of professional training — grounded in both classical Ayurvedic science and compassionate, client-centered care.
Is the program accredited or recognized by professional governing bodies?
Yes — the Institute’s clinical training pathways are recognized within the professional Ayurvedic education framework.
The Ayurvedic Health Counselor and Ayurvedic Practitioner pathways are recognized by the Ayurvedic Accreditation Commission (AAC) as part of the Institute’s clinical training model.
This recognition reflects alignment with established educational standards for professional Ayurvedic training.
Graduates of both the Health Counselor and Practitioner pathways are also eligible to sit for the NAMACB Board Exam, supporting professional recognition within the field.
As the Institute continues to expand its clinical education infrastructure, accreditation remains an active and evolving part of its long-term institutional development.
Students are supported in pursuing professional recognition through both educational training and board eligibility pathways.
Can I realistically complete this program while working, parenting, or managing other responsibilities?
Yes — the program is intentionally designed to integrate with real life.
Most students are balancing careers, families, businesses, or caregiving responsibilities alongside their studies.
Because of this, the Institute operates on a flexible academic model that allows students to move at a pace that supports sustainability rather than pressure.
Students may choose to:
• Study part-time or full-time
• Attend classes live or via recordings
• Progress quickly through hybrid learning
• Move slowly through fully live participation
Trimester scheduling also creates natural pauses throughout the year, allowing students to adjust their course load as life requires.
Some students complete pathways through immersive focus.
Others walk the journey gradually over sometimes years — integrating the teachings deeply as they go.
Both approaches are equally supported.
This is education designed to live alongside your life — not compete with it.
What is the tuition?
Tuition Total (before 15% pay-in-full savings)

Will I be mentored throughout the program — academically, professionally, and personally?
Yes — this is a deeply mentored educational experience.
Support exists in layers, ensuring students are guided not only academically, but personally, professionally, and clinically as they move along the path.
Layers of Mentorship Include:
Student Guidance
Students are supported in navigating their pathway, coursework, and professional direction through ongoing guidance and discernment support.
Personal Mentorship
Students have access to personal mentorship spaces designed to support inner growth, integration, and alignment as they walk the path of Ayurvedic study.
Satsang & Spiritual Community
Regular Satsang gatherings create space for reflection, dialogue, and shared inquiry — supporting the spiritual and philosophical dimensions of the work.
While not required coursework, these spaces are a meaningful part of the community experience.
Clinical Mentorship
Health Counselor and Practitioner students receive guided clinical supervision, case reflection, and experiential training within the Mentorship Pathway.
Peer Mentorship
As students deepen, they begin supporting one another — sharing insight, encouragement, and lived experience within circles and cohort spaces.
Leadership Mentorship
Opportunities exist for students to step into stewardship, circle leadership, and community facilitation as their confidence and readiness grow.
All mentorship layers are included within tuition.
Students are not navigating the path alone — they are guided within a living field of support that evolves alongside their study.
What if I feel called to Ayurveda but don’t feel fully ready yet?
Feeling called — while also feeling unsure — is one of the most common places students begin.
You don’t have to feel fully prepared to take your first step.
Ayurveda is not something you master before you begin — it’s something you grow into through study, practice, and lived experience.
Clarity rarely comes before you start.
Often, it comes because you started.
You’re not expected to have your entire path mapped out before you begin.
You’re simply invited to begin where you are.
If you’d like guidance in discerning your next step, Discovery Calls are always available — offering space to explore your readiness and what feels aligned right now.
You are supported, even in the uncertainty.
Are scholarships or supported tuition options available?
Yes — scholarshipsare offered throughout the year as part of the Institute’s commitment to making Ayurvedic education accessible.
These supported spaces are intentionally limited and released through designated Scholarships.
Because resources are finite, scholarship placements are reserved for students experiencing genuine financial barriers to study.
Students seeking tuition support may be invited to complete a scholarship application outlining their circumstances, intentions, and readiness to engage the work responsibly.
In addition to scholarships, the Institute operates with a transparency-based tuition model.
While we do not offer seasonal flash sales or promotional discounts, all supported tuition opportunities are clearly published in advance.
Scholarship placements follow the same academic and professional standards as full-tuition enrollment.
For students able to enroll at standard tuition, doing so helps sustain the scholarship ecosystem and supports broader educational access within the community.
I still have some questions. Can I speak with someone?
Take the next step by scheduling an Ayurvedic Pathways Discovery Call with your guide. Together, you’ll explore your aspirations and receive guidance toward the program that aligns best with your journey.
