Graduation Application Guidelines

In alignment with Ayurvedic principles of completeness and balance, we ask that you apply for graduation only once you have met 100% of the program requirements. Once all requirements have been fulfilled, you have 4 weeks after the end of the quarter to submit your application.

For example, if the quarter ends on December 6, 2024, you must apply to graduate no later than January 3, 2025 to have Fall 2024 listed as your official graduation date.

After your application is processed, your digital Certificate of Completion will be emailed to you within 6 weeks following the quarter’s end.

Please note: The graduation application window closes 4 weeks after the quarter ends. If you apply after this 4-week deadline, your certificate will reflect the next quarter.

Using the above example, if the graduation application window closes January 3, 2025 and you apply on January 4, 2025, your certificate will reflect Winter 2025 and will be sent to you 6 weeks after the Winter quarter concludes.

If your application is submitted before all requirements are met, you will need to reapply once all is complete. The same timelines will apply to your updated application.
